So I lease a black Arabian named Ebony, She is 20 and beginning to slow down, a month or two ago I started theapy with her but it didn't do to much. Her saddle is not fitting and she has mood swings and tired spells. Since the saddle isn't fitting well her back is very sore. So I have to ride bareback for now... :( And when she trots she throws her head up so that makes her even more sore. Does anyone have any no riding fun things to do with her or any other ideas of what to do?

I'd try a bareback pad(with extra padding), fleece tends to have a good amount of cushion without being too slippery. Another thing to help keep her happy is liberty training :D Most horses tend to like it, as using natural horsemanship to 'speak' a language they understand is a lot more enjoyable ;3 You could also teach her tricks and things. Just Simple, enjoyable exercises to keep her mind occupied, otherwise they tend to get bored<3

yeah totally agree with what KPH said, but it sounds like you're there to do some therapy with her! that being said, I personally find it theraputic to even just brush my horse and care for them, you could braid her mane and tail, teach some tricks. another thing I'm curious is if shes throwing her head- what bit are you using?? could you try a hackamore??

Yes. She loves being brushed and I usually have her mane and tail braided but maybe I'll start new styles. I'm not sure what bit I'm using. I'll look today. Ty!

Don't ride a sore horse. Spend the time on the ground to rebuild her topline before you sit on her again, bareback or no. If the soreness continues, talk to the vet about putting her on robaxin or something to help her temporarily until her back is comfortable again.
