One of the mobile homes I lived in had a big kitchen, a decent living room, two very tiny bedrooms, and a master bedroom that was as large as the living room. Somehow it was still large enough for two full baths, too. Not bad for a singlewide that was only 14 feet wide by 70 feet long. It didn't have space for a washer or drier, though, so we built an addition off the kitchen just for laundry. It was on five acres zoned for horses and rent was only $500 per month (23 years ago). I miss that place. It wasn't glamorous at all but it was comfortable and all the neighbors had horses, too.
Diva, mobile homes are prefabricated in a factory and then moved to a lot. Typically, they are hauled behind a big rig like any other cargo trailer, but longer. Once they are on the lot, they are hooked up to water, sewer, and electricity. Single wides are the easiest to move, but have less space. Many single wides are only 14 feet wide! Double wides are split in two when they are moved, and then have to be sealed back together once they are on the lot. There are triple wides, too.
Mobile homes are less expensive than homes constructed on lots, but they also have shorter life spans.
But what's even funny is that my kitchen and bathroom are roomy to move around in our other full size houses two people couldn't be in either spot at the same time
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.

Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.

If you would like to put your horse on the market for breeding, click below. Note that when your horse is up for breeding, anyone may breed to them. Also note that you don't need to enter a price when marking a stallion available for straws.
