So I got an interesting message today. A trainer local to me that I used to be a barn hand for and took lessons under briefly just asked if I could be an instructor at her summer camps this year!! I teach a few kids lessons here and there, have done a few training challenges and tune ups for people local. I keep it small because obviously Im still learning. I am excellent at desensitizing and basic groundwork and putting a decent handle on horses. I pick and choose clients so that I am bound to succeed with them and not fail them or their horse if its an area Im not strong with. Im best at barrel racing (training or just competing) which is what her camp is for. Never thought she would ask me to do this!!!!
Honestly, scatterbrained. The last two weeks have been a whirlwind. Mom has something up with her one finger on her dominate hand. Because her hands get too cold/lack or blood, it formed an ulcer...
Nice. I'm still in the unstable part of life. lol I try to keep things planned ahead if I can. And have the ducks lined up in a row whenever possible. I don't like uncertainy!
