Here I will be offering Free Reign and Custom Palettes

RULES:

1. Do not order unless you have the ebs ready.
Palettes can take anywhere from one hour to one week to be completed.

2. FR palettes offer no changes however if something does not work I will fix it free of charge.

3. Changes on custom palettes are a fee of 10k per change unless there is an issue that needs fixing, in such case it'll be free.
