it depends on what you need
Pastures are good for horses. but they can randomly breed if you have unbred mares and stallions, but you can also grow hay in them
barns if you need more space
arena if you want to host shows
fields if you want to grow crops
round pen if you want to train bravery horses

Please do not yeet horses to me

I want to yeet her to the void because of her training, but she's out of my (now retired) favorite mare, and she's given me a EWE, which like I said have been harder for me to come by.

I normally have my guys start to trot, then watch when they start to slow themselves. When I see them begin to drop into walk, I do a slow 'Waaaaaaaaalk' until they do it themselves. It makes it think it's their idea then and they usually get it eventually. Mine all go by voice while on the lunge so seems to be working lol

He hasn't been worked with for 10 years untill I got him, and needed completely retrained. He's doing better when lunging now, but thank you

Simple and easy method:

Give the slow or stop command, if he doesnt do it, step torwards the front to make it more apparent what you want, if that doesn't work, draw your lunge line in to make the circle smaller till they stop and reward the behavior.

Rinse and repeat as needed
