guys, help.
i was walking down the stairs and i stopped 3 stairs down as my phone beeped. i answered it and when i was finished i thought i was at the bottom step so expected to go down a little and fell down the steps landing on my ankle which made a crack noise. i can still walk on it but this is due to my reverse pain (little pains for most people are massive pains for me and big pains like a broken toe which i have had before i can ride and work on for 8 hours) my ankle has a black line as well. what should i do???/
