I would show them at lv 1 and if they become negative i wait till lv 3. If they still show in negative i just get rid of them.

Needs more strategizing on when to enter shows if it's always a loss

What about if the gelding is showing and getting negative profits?

Most people won't pay over 1k per level on a show horse

Oof. The gelding market is killing me right now

Don't sell geldings unless you are hitting the show cap and have horses that aren't being shown. They will earn you way more money from shows than they will from a quick sale

Granny - Yep just waiting to hear back. It's just annoying having to reach out and waste peoples times because it turns out they don't match conformation wise

Ally - Oh for sure!

Ah OK. Sounds good. But the foal could get his confrimation and her attitude! lol

Oh yeah it is a guess Granny. I was mostly saying at first that it bugs me when stallion owners don't share confo photos. It makes it hard to pick a match from a conformation stand point

Lilly - well the foal would probably be a bity more mellow, but by how much, is anyones guess.

Yeah, like redraw with other colors. I would like to try that some time. I'd have to zoom in so there's good detail... and use a pen/stylus. O.o

What stallion are you looking at breeding your girl to?

I'm looking to get something with some height and have a competitive but quiet demeanor if that makes sense. My mare is 16 HH, very competitive and loves to work but she can be a little hot sometimes. The stallion in question is 17 HH and has a quiet disposition but his foals have gone on to win lot's of titles (lots with youth and ammy riders). In a perfect world I would have something that I can just get on and enjoy the ride without a fight but they will still be a forward ride

I am having trouble doing re-colors for horse art. I use Pixlr.com, but I don't care what program you use. Please help!

Hello! I believe I can help with this! This is how I do it

So I tend to double a couple of the horse layers as you can see off to the right, I usually pick around the third horse layer and colour it as a greyscale, I prefer to see everything I am doing so making the top horse layers invisible helps.
Then add a plain layer on top of the greyscale horse layer, and jump into Pixlr E, and equip the painting tool

I normally set the brush to about 230-370px and 100% opacity and colour the horse, don't be afraid to be messy 😁
Then I slip back into Pixlr X and lower the opacity to the coloured layer until your happy
I then make the horse layer on top of the coloured layer visible, then turn its opacity down, making the horse look a little less fuzzy.

Once you have erased the unneeded colour, make the top horse layer visible, I prefer to use the scissors to make markings, but some times I use the painting brush in Pixlr E, alright, now I remove the top layer with the scissors lasso, then change it to keep instead of remove, still Scissors lasso, and create markings using the scissors

I hope this helps you!
