02:13:26 Shadow/ SW I feel ya, I've always got one animal or another trying to sit on me too lol Yikes, 24 hours? Up working or insomnia? |
02:11:52 Shadow/ SW Ahh ok Mads, I get that
Boulder, oh hahha, what kind of berries are you processing? |
02:11:24 The past several photos on my phone are of the cat or dog sleeping on me - so why not someone else! Haven't slept in 24 hours, so as long as someone catches the zzz it's all good |
02:08:03 Shadow/ SW Aww how old is said human, Boulder? |
02:07:16 Mads I don't like either, but the combination of the two just tortured me. I'm the same with any other protein related foods, if its slimy I will barf. And the graininess of beans have always bothered my teeth of all things. I can gnaw on bottle caps and jawbreakers but one rub of a bean and I'm done.
It's odd, I know. But that's the best way I can describe it |
02:07:00 Shadow/ SW Yikes Mads, I imagine being forced to eat it didn't help
I used to be a picky eater and was forced to eat things I didn't like. I don't think it actually helped me to eat healthier or try new things. When I got older I gradually started eating healthier and trying more things on my own |
02:04:40 I have six pounds of berries to process and set in the freezer.
But my lap is currently being occupied by a sleeping human. |
02:02:23 Shadow/ SW Is it the soupy-ness of the baked bean mixture or the surface of the baked bean itself Mads?
If it's just the liquid, perhaps you can drain some? I don't eat beans too much personally because I'm picky about the pork, not for any dietary reasons I'm just not partial to the taste of most pork products
I like beans and rice though |
02:01:33 Mads My parents used to make me eat them thinking I was just being picky when it genuinely made me want to claw my mouth out of my face lol |
01:57:17 Mads It's not the taste, it's the texture |
01:55:41 Void Malign It's usually cooked with ham which changes the flavor a bit |
01:54:44 Mads I just dont know how people eat baked beans. They make my skin crawl, it just feels so wrong. Refried is one thing if you put it with something but just slimy baked beans?? No thanks lol |
01:53:12 Shadow/ SW Along the lines of what Eury said, different brands offer different things and have different flavors. People have different tastes. And when I made food for people that had certain dietary restrictions it was super helpful having a variety to choose from. Also some companies offer organic, fair trade, etc. and when I bake from scratch and am making a really good batch, instead of cheaper ingredients, some brands have higher quality ingredients than the others do and I'll use that on occasion. I completely get how overwhelming it is but it's really a benefit to have options, there's cheaper things that you can get or more expensive, etc And hey at least your stores are set if a bunch of people want baked beans 😂 Maybe a lot of people eat them in your area? |
01:46:31 Starshine i agree dandy,
you also should take one of each bean can type, and put them all into one big pot for an all-in-one bean brand |
01:44:46 Void Malign Because it's nice to have variety and helpful for people with food allergies |

Just do your research in the forums. Theres many art shops.

Familiarize yourself with crediting first and foremost as your stable avatar is missing credit. This is essential and required for all art on HEE. There are a lot of great pinned threads in the forum regarding rules and what is and isn't allowed. In regards to setting up a shop, taking a look through established shops to see how artists are pricing, taking orders, what they're setting as their shop guidelines are all helpful. I'm sure many established artists don't mind being asked a few questions. I'm a T1 artist and my inbox is 100% open for questions. :)
