Eve (Deborah Nothdurft) - Founding Member of Go Go Gatsby Designs, LLC and Creator of Horse Eden Eventing
I've been a professional programmer for many years in a corporate environment. On top of my love for programming and SIM games, I'm also an avid NFL fan (Cleveland Browns), horse fanatic, biology and medicine geek, and music nut.
I owned a Trakehner gelding named Gatsby for several years and we trained and showed in Dressage and Hunter/Jumper. I ran a couple alternative rock and punk internet radio stations for several years. Music is the life force that drives me. I also spent time DJing on my stations. My programming skill set includes:
Unix scripting, Awk, C, C++, Java, Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services, Tuxedo, HTML, XML, CSS, Perl, PHP, SQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MySQL, Web Development (LAMP), AJAX, Javascript,
jQuery, Tibco products, Rational products, Mercury products. Informatica, Object Oriented Design, Coding, and Modeling.

I have been around horses all my life. I started riding when I was 18 months old (thanks to my aunt) and haven't quit yet. Though I went to school to get my Equine Technology degree, I actually work full time at Virginia Tech and am a wife and mother of a beautiful son. I have trained numerous horses from halter breaking, foal imprinting all the way up to kid broke. Though now that I'm a mother, there will only be ground work training for me from now on. I actually love doing ground work with horses. I spent the last few years playing various sim games until Horse Eden Eventing was opened. My favorite breed of horse is the smooth Paso Fino. I have been a member of the Paso Fino Horse Association since 2005, even though I've never owned one. I do various volunteer work for the Virginia Presidential PFHA as well as being the co-director and founder of Paso Fino Urgent Rescue on Facebook. I also show at the local Virginia shows for Riverview Farms.
Unfortunately for me, I do not own any horses right now, selling my last mare when my son was born. I do own a mutt named Jebus, a cat named Playboy and a gecko lizard named Charlie!

My love of horses began when I was still young, pretty much since I knew what a horse was. Luckily my Mom had owned and showed her own horse when she was in her 20's so I didn't have to beg too much for horsie things. My sister and I got our own pony when we were 15 and I have had a horse every since.
My current horse is a Grullo, QH mare named Ginger. She is a bit lazy and can be a brat, but loves attention and people. I raised her from a foal so we have a great bond. I don't show, but do enjoy trail riding whenever I can. I also have a couple fish tanks, a few rabbits, and two dogs named Kuma and Zoe.
I started simming back in the late 90's. I began with traditional horse sims and after starting college began playing automated sims since they took up less time. I have been playing Horse Eden since Alpha and have loved every minute of it!
I also love to read. Classics, Mysteries, Fantasies, and Sci-Fi are all fair game. It's rare that I am not reading or rereading a book. I am a total Whovian and enjoy a smattering of other British shows that shown here in the US.

For a long as I can remember I have loved horses. I used to have model horses I played with. Those little lego horses that came with castles were one of my favorite things. I never built the castle. Just the stable for the horses!
When I was 12 my uncle had a friend who was getting rid of his estranged wife's horses. He had no idea how to take care of them and Lady the thoroughbred was skin and bones when I got her. I was working on a horse farm and boarded her there and my mentor helped me to get Lady back into her prime. She was my one and only horse and I loved her like crazy!
Since Lady I have been horseless now for fifteen or so years, but I still have that horsey passion! I have been a barn manager taking care of feeding, cleaning and grooming show horses at a local barn.
I now live my my husband, our German Shepherd Tango, Yellow Lab Rosco & 2 cats Bodie and Shadow. I like to read and I also write poems and even novels, though I will probably never be published. I love photograhy, music, movies, swimming, surfing the web, BBQs with family & friends and walking the dogs in the park along the beautiful lake we live by. I am also a HUGE New York Yankees fanatic!

I have loved horses and German Shepherds for as long as I remember. I owned my first, and only, horse about 25 years ago. She was a palomino quarter horse mare named Chiquita. She died about 20 years ago from cancer. I currently have 2 German Shepherds, Hanno and Bolt, and 2 cats, Sammy and Demon.
I live on 5 acres of land in the mountains of Vermont. Someday I hope to have a horse or two, but cannot afford to build a barn/stable to house them at this time.
I work full time for the State of Vermont as an Unemployment Compensation Claims Adjudicator II. I have been with the State for 20 years at this time. I also have my Associates in Science and am a certified para-legal. I love reading, bowling, playing computer games and hidden object games.
If I can ever retire I would like to move where it's warmer and where I can have my dogs and horses.

As a mother, wife, student, eventer, and of course worker; HEE became my 'escape' from reality over two years ago. I have been involved with horses for over 22 years and have had the opportunity to explore most disciplines, but with my real love being eventing. I have a beautiful four year old daughter and of course my rock, my husband, as well as two naughty mares who always present me with the challenges I need to learn how to accomplish things and keep life interesting. I am currently working towards a degree in radiation therapy. Hoping that once I get my degree we can move someplace warmer than the current residence in NY! I'm so happy to be part of the HEE team.

I was always interested in horses but it wasn't until 4th grade when I really got bitten by the horse bug. From then on I poured myself over horse books, magazine, articles, pictures, etc. I wanted to know everything. I got my first horse in 8th grade and have had a horse since.
My current horse is a 2009 Appendix Quarter Horse gelding named Brego. He was bred for me by my grandma and I've owned and trained him all his life. He's spunky, sassy, athletic, and full of personality. Eventually I plan to compete in eventing with him and am really looking forward to that.
Besides horses I'm very much into fish keeping and ball pythons. I have a 75 gallon tropical tank stocked with fish and one ball python named Allure. Another interest of mine is art, specifically horse art. I've been drawing horses off and on since elementary school, but I really got into digital art in high school.
I've been playing sim games since 2008 and have been with HEE since alpha testing. It is by far the best sim I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of.

I have always had a love of horses. When I was just two years old my parents would bring me over to a friend of theirs to ride around on their draft horses and lead around their Quarter Horses. I got my first horse when I was twelve years old. After I got my first horse Traveller I started showing in english and western pleasure. I went on to show for nine years until I grew out of it. I now have a 14.3h Quarter Horse gelding named Cody. He's an amazing little guy who I give riding lessons to my niece and nephew on. Besides Cody I also have a few fish and a rabbit named Reg who loves getting into mischief.
I've done art for many, many years; besides horses art is another passion of mine. Mostly I worked on doing photomanipulations, horses always being my subject. It wasn't until I joined Horse Eden that I started doing digital paintings, now that is all I do and I love it.
